Terms of use

These terms apply when you use igagames.com and when you download or play games published by IGA GAMES. By using the website or our games, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use them.
1. About us
IGA GAMES is a trading name of Evrien Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, 32–33 Upper Street, London N1 0PN, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our"). General enquiries: hello@igagames.com — game support: support@igagames.com.
2. Using our games
When you download one of our games, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The game is licensed to you, not sold.
If you downloaded the game from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If you downloaded it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. Where those terms cover how the store works, they take priority.
You must not:
- copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell our games, except where the law allows it
- cheat, use bots or exploit bugs to gain an unfair advantage
- remove copyright notices or our branding
- use our games in any unlawful way
3. In-app purchases and virtual items
Some games may offer optional in-app purchases, such as themes or removing ads. Prices are shown in the store before you buy, and payment is handled by Apple or Google.
Virtual items (for example themes or characters) have no real-world cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred, except where the law says otherwise. To restore purchases on a new device, use Restore purchases in the game's settings with the same store account.
Refunds are handled by the store you bought from — see our Support page for links. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if digital content is faulty.
4. Advertising
Some free games may show adverts from third-party ad networks. Any ad partners, and the data they use, will be listed in our Privacy Policy before the game is released.
5. Updates and availability
We may update our games to fix bugs, add content or keep them working on new devices. Some updates may be needed to keep playing. We work to keep our games available, but we can't promise that a game or feature will always be available, and we may stop supporting a game in the future. Where we can, we will give reasonable notice before closing a game that offers paid content.
6. Our website
You may use igagames.com for lawful purposes only. You must not:
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its admin area or our systems
- send spam or automated messages through our forms
- copy or reuse our content in a way that breaks these terms
Press kit materials may be used by press and content creators to write about or feature our games, as long as you don't suggest that we endorse you.
7. Content creators
You're welcome to stream our games and post gameplay videos, including monetised ones, as long as you don't present them as official IGA GAMES content. We may ask you to remove content that is offensive or misleading.
8. Intellectual property
Our games, logos, characters, artwork, music, code and website content belong to Evrien Limited or our licensors. "IGA GAMES" and our game names are our brands. Apart from the rights given in these terms, no rights are transferred to you.
9. Our responsibility to you
Our games and website are provided "as is". We take reasonable care to keep them working, accurate and free from viruses, but we can't guarantee they will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses — our games are for personal use. If digital content we supply damages a device or other digital content you own because we didn't use reasonable care and skill, we will repair the damage or compensate you, as the law requires.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited, including your rights as a consumer.
10. Children
Our games are age-rated by the App Store and Google Play. If you're under 18, please make sure a parent or guardian agrees to these terms and is happy for you to make any in-app purchases. Parents can restrict purchases in their device or store settings.
11. Privacy and cookies
How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms — for example when we release a new game or feature. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change significantly affects you, we will tell you in the game or on this website.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of that country. If you live outside the UK, you may also have rights under the laws of your country.
